How it works

Three steps. Then just read your email.

Set it up once over coffee. We do the hunting every night.

1

Pick your trades & territory

Tell us what you build and where you'll travel — San Antonio, Austin, Houston, DFW, or statewide.

2

We rope in the bids overnight

BidLasso checks public bid postings and permit records every morning and boils each job down to one plain-English line.

3

Your digest lands by 6 AM

Due dates, pre-bid meetings, and bonding requirements right up front, with a link to the official posting. Bid what fits, skip the rest.

What you get

Open bids and solicitations that match your trade and area, with due dates, pre-bid meetings and bonding shown up front.

Commercial permit leads

New commercial building permits from public records: private projects like restaurants, retail build-outs and new construction.

Every lead links to the official posting, so you can check the details and bid with confidence.

More sources added regularly. BidLasso uses public sources only and is not affiliated with any agency.

FAQ

Straight answers

How accurate is the information?

We work hard to get it right, but agencies change dates, issue addenda, and cancel solicitations — sometimes after our digest goes out. Our summaries are a starting point, not the official record. Always verify every detail on the official posting (every lead links straight to it) before you bid. BidLasso is not responsible for missed, late, or inaccurate bid information.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources only: government and agency bid boards and procurement portals, and public building-permit records. We don't sell your info and we don't use private or paywalled data.

Which areas do you cover?

San Antonio and Austin today, plus road and highway work across Texas. Commercial permit leads also cover Houston and Fort Worth. More areas are added regularly. Pick the areas you work in when you sign up.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full digests free. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is billed $99/month plus applicable Texas sales tax.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from Manage billing / cancel (also linked in every digest) or by emailing us, and you won't be billed again.

Can I change my trades or service areas?

Anytime. Changes apply to your next digest.

How is this different from other bid services?

Local Texas coverage checked every morning, a plain-English summary of every job, key bid details shown right in the email, private permit leads, and a local team in San Antonio.

Quit chasing bid boards. Let the bids come to you.
