Terms of Service
The rules of the ranch. Short version: verify every bid on the official posting.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GB 210 Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as BidLasso ("BidLasso," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of bidlasso.com, our daily email digests, optional text-message alerts, and any related services (together, the "Service"). "You" means the individual using the Service and the business on whose behalf that individual acts.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing, checking a box or clicking a button that references these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use it. The Service is not intended for consumers acting for personal, family, or household purposes. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.
3. Description of the Service
For a monthly subscription fee, BidLasso emails a daily digest of public bid opportunities and commercial building-permit leads compiled from public government sources, filtered by the trades and service areas you choose. Subscribers who separately opt in may also receive text-message alerts. Summaries are written to save you time and may simplify, shorten, or omit details. Listings link to their original source where available, and the original source always controls. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue sources, coverage areas, features, delivery times, or any part of the Service at any time. BidLasso is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, and it does not act as your agent, bidder, broker, or representative.
4. Public information; no guarantee of accuracy
- Third-party sources. Information in the Service is compiled from public, third-party sources, including government websites, procurement portals, and permit records, that we do not create or control. These sources can be incomplete, wrong, delayed, changed, or withdrawn without notice.
- Provided "as is." All information is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, that any listing reflects the latest addenda or amendments, that any deadline, location, scope, requirement, or contact is correct, or that any bid, solicitation, or project is still open or available.
- You must verify. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all details, including due dates, submission instructions, bonding, licensing, insurance, pre-bid meetings, and addenda, directly with the issuing agency or permit authority before relying on any information or submitting any bid or proposal.
- Not professional advice. The Service is not legal, procurement, bidding, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Service creates a professional or fiduciary relationship.
- No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee that you will find, bid on, win, or profit from any work, contract, or lead, or that the Service will include every opportunity that matches your filters.
5. Subscription, free trial & billing
- Price. The Service costs $99 per month plus any applicable taxes, unless a different price is shown when you subscribe.
- Free trial. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly fee. We may limit trials to one per person or business and may change or end trial offers at any time.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method the then-current monthly fee plus applicable taxes at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing link we provide or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel to stop charges.
- No refunds. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods in which you did not use the Service.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, and the new price will apply starting with your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, and similar taxes. Texas sales tax may apply to your subscription and will be added where required.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we (or our payment processor) may retry the charge, and we may suspend or terminate your access until the amount is paid. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
- Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. We do not store your full card number.
6. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping any links, tokens, or credentials we send you confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
7. Acceptable use
Your subscription is licensed for the internal business use of you and your company only. You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, rent, republish, forward in bulk, or redistribute digests, alerts, or other Service content to anyone outside your company, or use them to build a competing product or service;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access or copy the Service or its content, except for ordinary email clients;
- share your subscription or account with other businesses;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, or try to get around any security or access controls;
- use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others, or to send spam or unlawful communications; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or suggest that BidLasso endorses you.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the BidLasso name and logo, the website, software, digest format, selection, arrangement, and summaries, is owned by BidLasso or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public records belong to their respective sources. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Third-party links and services
The Service contains links to websites and services run by government agencies and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, policies, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. SMS terms
Text-message alerts are optional and are sent only to subscribers who opt in. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from BidLasso (such as bid alerts, deadline reminders, and account notices) at the mobile number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide and will tell us if it changes.
11. Email communications
By subscribing, you ask to receive the daily digest and agree that we may send you transactional and account emails, such as trial reminders, receipts, billing notices, and notices of changes to these Terms. You agree that notices we send by email satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Digest and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing from the digest does not cancel your paid subscription, and we may still send essential account and billing messages.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS IN IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY DIGEST OR ALERT WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR AT ALL, THAT ANY BID IS STILL OPEN, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL INCLUDE EVERY OPPORTUNITY THAT MATCHES YOUR FILTERS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND RELY ON ANY INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) BIDLASSO AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, CONTRACTS, BIDS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA, INCLUDING ANY ARISING FROM A MISSED, LATE, CLOSED, INCOMPLETE, OR INACCURATE LISTING, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO BIDLASSO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF OUR AGREEMENT AND APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BidLasso and its owners, members, managers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service or reliance on any information in it; (b) any bid, proposal, contract, or work you pursue or perform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely for reasons other than your breach, we will stop future charges. Sections 4, 5 (as to amounts owed and no refunds), 7, 8, and 12 through 20 survive termination.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and, as to arbitration, by the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to Section 17, any claim not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
17. Binding individual arbitration and class action waiver
- Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, the party with a claim must email or mail the other a written description of the claim and try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days. Notices to us go to [email protected] and to our mailing address below.
- Agreement to arbitrate. Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including questions about whether a dispute must be arbitrated, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in Bexar County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise or it is held by video or written submissions, and will be heard by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
- Class action waiver. You and BidLasso agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one party or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim (and only that claim) must be heard in court as provided in Section 16, not in arbitration.
- Small-claims exception. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court (including a Texas justice court) in Bexar County, Texas, if it qualifies and stays in that court on an individual basis. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
- Jury trial waiver. To the extent any claim proceeds in court, you and BidLasso waive any right to a jury trial.
- 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name, company, and account email address. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will also notify active subscribers by email or through the Service at least 15 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Changes to Section 17 will not apply to disputes already pending.
19. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes at government or third-party data sources, internet, hosting, email, or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, labor disputes, government actions, war, or civil unrest.
20. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and BidLasso about the Service and replace any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation."
