Questions

Is there one place to see all Austin public bids?

No official one. The City of Austin, Travis and Williamson counties, TxDOT, school districts and transit agencies each post on their own portal. BidLasso puts the boards it can collect into one weekday email. See this week's new Austin bids.

Which Austin bid boards does BidLasso collect?

City of Austin (Austin Finance Online) and TxDOT Austin District. We don't collect Travis County (BidNet Direct) or Williamson County (Bonfire) postings, so register on those portals for the counties' own notices.

Do I have to pay to see Austin bids?

No. The postings are public. Travis County says suppliers are not charged for a BidNet account, Williamson County's Bonfire registration is free, and City of Austin solicitations are listed publicly on Austin Finance Online.
