Supplier Registration Portal. Contact and company details, remittance details, three business references, documentation (brochure or capability statement) and CPS Energy's commodity codes, which it calls "Families". After you submit, CPS staff ask for a Business Questionnaire and a W-9.
Supplier Management System (B2GNow) at cpsenergy.sbecompliance.com. CPS Energy posts its solicitations here, and you need a user account to respond. Use Account Lookup with your EIN or company name first, because you may already have a B2GNow account. CPS notes that peer agencies, including the City of San Antonio, Bexar County and SAWS, use B2GNow too. Add your NAICS codes after registering.
VIA Metropolitan Transit: B2GNow account + VIA vendor application
VIA's registration instructions describe two steps: create a B2GNow account, then complete the VIA Vendor Application. The application covers entity and business information, ownership, certification, business standing, principal financial institution and referrals. You also add NAICS codes and attach a W-9 (or W-8), plus an EEO program statement if you have more than 50 employees. VIA says registrations must be renewed every two years, and registered vendors can download IFBs and RFPs.

Questions
Is a B2GNow account shared between agencies?
B2GNow is one platform used by many agencies, and CPS Energy says an existing B2GNow account may work with it. Each agency still has its own registration requirements, such as VIA's vendor application.
